Section 74
Sale of property requires approval
(1) When a foreign insurance company sells or mortgages immovable property in Nepal or movable property exceeding the specified limit or takes it back to a foreign country, in accordance with the prevailing law: In addition to the authority to be approved, the approval of the authority shall be obtained.
(2) The authority may prescribe necessary conditions or criteria while granting approval in accordance with sub-section (1).
